This beautiful Fan home was built in 1933. Over the years, layers of paint and bad 80's remodels left much to be desired. Our client wanted to freshen up the rooms with bold colors and patterns that would appealed to them and their 3 young girls. By simply using paint and stencils, the foyer and powder room were transformed. In addition, the master bathroom was completely remodeled and, by cleverly modifying the built-in in the family room we made room for a large flat-screen TV. Overall, the goal was to create a family friendly home that appealed to this growing family.
